Xaloc Resort is a small eco-tourism hotel, located on a white sandy beach on the paradise island of Holbox.

The hotel is built combining local architecture of the region based on palapas or palm leaf roofs in a rustic style with a warm and cozy design, excellent installations and fine details.

The hotel consists of 18 rooms, 2 swimming pools, a restaurant, a reading or gaming room, a small arts craft shop, and a beach bar. It is managed by its owners, Goncha and JuanFe, a Spanish couple from Mallorca who chose this place to realize their own dream. The resort consists of 18 romantic rooms distributed in 2 groups of 9 rooms built around their own swimming pool. Each of the rooms is a bungalow or an individual “palapa”, round with a wooden terrace with the traditional Yucatecan hammocks – perfect for that afternoon siesta.

Each room has one king-size or two double beds, covered by a big mosquito canopy, ceiling ventilator and a spacey bathroom with two sinks, shower and water toilet.

 The Superior rooms are the 9 bungalows closest to the seashore. Four of them have direct sea view, whereas the resting five have garden view and partially sea view. They are equipped with a coffee machine, hair dryer and a terrace couch.

Superior rooms are an excellent choice for those who seek a little more tranquility, since in this category, children under 12 years are not allowed.

The standard rooms are a group of 9 bungalows built around the second lagoon-style swimming pool. Also with the option of a king-size or two double beds.

In this area there is a big palapa to be used for meetings of friends or family. Here, children are welcome and can enjoy the swimming pool and the games.
